ABOUT US

Established in 2016, Catchy Concept is a Malaysian home grown fashion brand that aims to bring you all the best for your fun, work and casual wear. That means Quality, Comfort & Affordability all under Catchy Concept!
Founded by 2 individuals of very opposite personalities, and leveraging on our different skills as well as our common love for affordable fashion, we have arrived at where we are today. However, this is still the start of an exciting journey for Catchy Concept & we thank you all for being a part of us today.
We started this humble journey through participating in various bazaars (Markets @ Jaya One, Subang Parade, e@Curve, Taylor’s College etc) and have now expanded to 5 store locations within Klang Valley.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & METHODS

What payment methods are available?
 – Online bank transfer (local)
 – ATM transfer / Bank deposit (local)

Items not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled and put up for sale thereafter without further notice.

Please note:
– Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared
– No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note.
– All orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours of non-payment.
– All cancelled orders cannot be reversed, you will have to make another order again
– Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

How long does it take to ship out my items once payment is made?
Once full payment is received, your items will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Please take note that we do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

How long will it take to receive my item?
– West Malaysia : 2-3 working days
– East Malaysia : 3-5 working days
– Singapore : 5-15 working days
– Self-collection at Jaya One can be arranged on case to case basis (with 3 days advanced notice)

How do I track my items?
We will email you the tracking number once the item is sent out.

How much is shipping cost?
 – Free delivery within Malaysia with purchase RM70 & above. RM5 flat rate for purchases below RM70.
– Free delivery within Singapore with purchase SGD150 & above. SGD10 flat rate for purchases below SGD150.
 – Please note the delivery charge does not include any import charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such charges.
 – We will not be responsible for customers’ error in indicating the incorrect/insufficient address. Customers will be liable for any additional charge to re-ship/deliver the parcels should there be a failed deliver.

Is local pick-up / self-collection option available?
Self-collection at Jaya One can be arranged on case to case basis (with 3 days advanced notice)

All items are sold on first paid basis.

Please take note that items in your cart is not booked/reserved until you have submitted your order and complete payment. 

MEASUREMENTS & SIZES
There are many different sizes, such as UK, European, US and Local S,M,L, which we
understand can sometimes be very confusing.

To help you purchase the right size, we are using a Circumference Measurement Method which you can follow to easily compare with your own body measurement.

  • Measurements are made using centimetres (cm).
  • Dress is laid flat on the table and doubled for circumference.

*Due to different qualities in material, there might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given

Please check the measurements given in our products or compare with your existing dresses for a better fit. You can also contact us for more information on sizes and material.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all of you thus have put in place an exchange policy should you change your mind on your purchase.

Please note:
*Exchanges will only be done for item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
*Returns & Refunds are not applicable to swimwear, lingerie, corsets, underwear and/or any innerwear (due to hygiene purposes)

RETURNS OF ITEMS
Catchy Concept provides returns for specific items, except CLEARANCE items, and/or items specifically stated non-returnable items.

All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via mail at catchy.concept@gmail.com.

  • If you want to initiate a return of item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at catchy.concept@gmail.com
  • Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
  • All parcels must be sent to Catchy Concept within 14 days of receipt (to a local address that will be provided upon request).
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
  • Catchy Concept will issue a credit note for all returns (NO CASH REFUND) .
  • Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 3 days up to 10 working days / 7 to 15 working days (International) .
  • Any used reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
  • Catchy Concept reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order.
  • We do not provide direct exchange services. If you would like to change to another item, do use the credit voucher to purchase another item or another size.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be declined and forfeited.

SELECTED INNERWEAR & SWIMWEAR
As mentioned above, please note we do not accept refunds or returns of items such as lingerie, swimwear, corsets due to hygiene purposes.

Do ensure all measurements are correct before making a purchase. Thank you.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM ORDER RETURNS

We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact us at catchyconcept@gmail.com about this issue and we will reply you within 48 hours.
We strive to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all of you,however mistakes happens, and we thank you for giving us a chance to rectify it.

DEFECTIVE/ WRONGLY SENT ITEMS 

  • Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests to catchy.concept@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • We advise that all items are hand-washed and NOT soaked.
  • We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Catchy Concept will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
  • A store credit refund will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
  • Please take note that we do not provide cash refund and if the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items.
  • There may be a 1cm-2cm difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product colour due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

BACKOUT BUYERS & BLACKLIST POLICY
We generally DO NOT have a policy of blacklisting our back-out, honest buyers, as we understand you may change your mind. So just kindly inform us, within 1-2 days, if you have changed your mind.
Once payment is made : We will give you a full store credit refund (No cash refunds are available)
You may make another purchase on our website within 100 days upon receiving the full credit refund.
Once delivery is made : Please view our Return Policy
However, we do have a practice of Black-listing buyers who have made falsified claims, payments or returns.
This is to ensure that our website will be able to run smoothly for everyone.
We reserve the right to change or improve this policy for different back out cases.
